SNI Technology is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to add to our thriving Colorado Springs team. In this role you will be responsible for inclusive administrative functions to support the branch such as answering and transferring phone calls and greeting visitors, maintaining filing system, record keeping, processing payroll, completing daily data entry tasks and pre-employment requirements for new hires to include: background and drug test scheduling, employment paperwork and employment authorization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload and streamline/develop office practices or procedures as needed.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer phone for office staff. Transfer calls, take messages and answer administrative support questions when applicable. Check voicemail messages received before or after hours and take messages or forward to intended recipient.
  • Greet interviewees and provide employment application.
  • Initiate Background/Drug testing at Staffing Manager request.
  • Call and confirm scheduled interviews for the next day.
  • Maintain and update filing system.
  • Pre-employment paperwork data entry into Bullhorn, includes applications and interview worksheets.
  • Check mail and distribute Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • Process temporary employee payroll every Monday. Address pay/bill issues and expense reports in weekly adjustment log.
  • Authorize employment for all temporary personnel new hires and manage I9 compliance for branch.
  • Candidate communication and support.
  • Scan and email garnishments & court orders to Corporate.
  • Scan and email unemployment forms to Corporate.
  • Internal payroll bi-monthly.
  • Audit candidate paperwork and ach/direct deposit information for weekly starts.
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage UPS shipping and receiving.
  • Daily and weekly branch reporting.
  • Keep office clean and neat.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of hands on administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and ATS is helpful. (Bullhorn).
  • Aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of basic math skills, ability to add, subtract and calculate fractions/percentages.
  • Effective customer service and listening skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language and proper grammar.
  • PC proficiency and intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, letters, slide presentations and respond to email.
  • Typing skills/data entry.
