Job Description:
SNI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO/E-Commerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, growing, analyzing, controlling, and improving the lifetime value of our e-commerce site through a comprehensive B2B/B2C program.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy: Design and execute a strategic plan to increase customer retention, reduce churn rate, and maximize the lifetime value of our customers through our website.

2. Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate customer behavior, identify patterns, and assess the effectiveness of retention efforts. Continuously monitor customer retention metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize the website.
 
3. Implement retention initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to develop and execute retention initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.

4. Optimize the customer journey: Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and increase overall customer retention.
 
5. Analyze customer data, segment customer groups, and develop actionable insights. Leverage this information to tailor retention strategies to specific customer segments.
 
6. Drive experimentation and optimization
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.  
  • 3-5 years managing an e-commerce/SEO environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST. This is an ONSITE (M-F) role.
  • Direct experience setting up and managing platforms, preferably within an e-commerce environment for major resellers such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. .
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and understanding of relevant metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop and implement effective retention strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
