IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including computer systems, servers, and networks. The ideal candidate will also oversee the Help Desk and assist in various technical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
• Perform routine system tasks such as updates, patching, and user management.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Set up and support equipment for events, ensuring accurate inventory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Travel up to 15% within the US to client sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and MacOS.
• Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and familiarity with antivirus, malware, and email security technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, adhering to departmental policies.
• Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Capable of documenting troubleshooting solutions and system configurations.
• Physical ability to occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus!
