Project Engineer

SNI Technology is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to manage client and internal tasks, projects, and system optimizations.

As a Project Engineer, you’ll tackle various projects, system escalations, and support multiple clients while enhancing your technical skills and exposure to new technologies. You’ll also assist with proposals, designs, and client communication. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects, including migrations, cloud solutions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Resolve client and internal tickets and tasks efficiently.
• Optimize systems and support various IT initiatives.
• Create network diagrams and detailed project documentation.
• Design solutions with Cyber Security and Compliance in mind, following NIST standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in MSP or consulting, managing multiple clients and tasks.
• Excellent organizational and proactive skills.
• Flexible with work hours for training and development.
• Strong technical skills and a passion for learning.
• Professional presentation and reliable transportation for client visits.
• Team player with the ability to share knowledge and accept feedback.

• Azure administration (Azure AD, Azure servers, AVD)
• VDI administration
• Office 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Compliance)
• Windows server administration (DC, GPO, Azure AD Connect, IIS, MS SQL)
• Firewall administration
• Disaster Recovery and Backup solutions
• Mail filtering solutions
• Intune/SCCM and other MDM solutions
• AWS and VMware
• Scripting (Python, PowerShell)
• Office 365 migrations with tools like BitTitan MigrationWiz
• RDS & Remote Access
• On-prem to Azure Migrations using Azure Site Recovery & Azure Migrate
• Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management
• Multifactor Authentication
• SPAM Filtering technologies (MS ATP, Mimecast)
• Performance benchmarking and tuning

Project Experience:

• Mail migration to Office 365
• Server migration to Azure cloud
