Overview
The General Project Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include project management, budget control, schedule management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. This position is instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, with 8-10 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
