Overview:
As a Systems Engineer with a focus on cloud technologies, virtualization, and cybersecurity, you'll play a vital role in optimizing and securing our clients' IT environments. Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing scalable IT solutions using cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Architecting cloud-native solutions and leading migration strategies.
- Managing cloud services to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Developing automation scripts for efficient system management.
- Implementing cloud governance policies, cost optimization strategies, and network security measures.
- Conducting security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
- Monitoring system performance and providing technical leadership on cloud and cybersecurity projects.
- Creating and managing virtual machines, including deployment, configuration, and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and compliance standards.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms and tools, including the creation and management of virtual machines.
