Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Integrated Media Strategist for an exciting contract to hire opportunity. The Senior Integrated Media Strategist will be responsible and accountable for researching, planning, buying, and managing client campaign efforts for clients. Additionally, follow through on clients' strategic initiatives, report out on campaign findings and opportunities, optimize campaigns, negotiate with vendors/partners, and serve as a point of contact for strategic campaign implementation across the agency.


  • Integrate and optimize traditional and digital media executions
  • Work across teams on digital and traditional media strategies
  • Work across platforms to help verify and execute campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure metrics are tracking properly
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and determine resolution based on client needs, internal capabilities, and best practices
  • Build media plans and RFP vendors
  • Communicate and negotiate with existing vendor partners
  • Vet possible vendor partners
  • Responsible for monitoring budgets to maximize digital campaign effectiveness and reconciling campaigns to match against plans
  • Work with client services team to develop campaign strategies and provide recommendations
  • Work with clients to present plans and results
  • Build presentations and present to internal team and clients
  • Educate internal staff and external clients


  • 5+ years of experience planning and buying traditional and digital media campaigns (especially digital)
  • 5+ years of experience and high comfort in presenting plans to clients
  • Puts a special emphasis on maintaining a positive work-life balance
  • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and group setting not limited to clients, vendors, and other employees of the organization
  • Knowledge of media planning platforms (e.g. Strata, Media Tools, etc)
  • Knowledge of digital management platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook, Sizmek, etc.)
  • Familiarity with researching consumer behavior Up to date on the latest trends affecting a variety of industries
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
