Job Description


Basic Functions:
Primary responsibility for the overall administration of the Corporate Card and Corporate Purchasing Card programs. Includes management and distribution of reports; card and limit approvals, cancellations, and suspensions, address changes, policy compliance management, program enhancements, supplier enrollment, and overall program effectiveness. Responsible for escalation of bad debt or aging status of accounts prior to reaching 60 days; coordination with Procurement on policy issues; customer service issues. Monitor employee policy compliance and assist with audits and reconciliations of account. The Program Manager will serve as a liaison for Card Members and as point of contact for initial account set-up and ongoing account management.

The Program Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Primary contact for Card Member questions, etc.
  • Conduct Card Member training and communication
  • Monitor compliance and assist with audits and reconciliations of account.
  • Partner with HR to maintain Card Member records including account number, spending limits, manager hierarchy, and Card expiration date
  • Coordinate Card Member enrollment, termination, and changes
  • Coordinate assembly, analysis, and distribution of Card Member reports
  • Monitor actual transaction volume versus identified objectives
  • Monitor and notify Card Members (and their managers) when payments are past due for resolution
  • Discuss with HR and Payroll necessary payroll deductions; preparing documentation for managers who have a direct report who will be subject to this action;
  • Coordinate with A/P and Payroll to insure payment sent to employee account. (if applicable)



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 3-5 Years of experience
  • Superior knowledge of Excel and high level of comfort with data analytics and materials presentation
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments,meet deadlines, be flexible, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with international markets a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage up, down and cross functionally
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail/ Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
