SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Product Support Engineer. The Product Support Engineer will work with clients to help them with initial client set-up as well as continuous customer support throughout the client life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Product Support Engineer must have great Networking skills.
* The Product Support Engineer must have strong TCP/IP, Firewall and proxy server skills.
* The Product Support Engineer should have experience with a SaaS technology provider along with experience with VPN's, IPSec and security protocols.
* The Product Support Engineer will work in conjunction with Product Management to ensure resolution on all computer issues.
* The Product Support Engineer will be the main point of contact for all customer issues.
