SNI has teamed with a strong IT Technical Support Analyst. The Technical Support Analyst will play on a team of 5 in an effort to ensure high-end customer service is offered to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for answer Help Desk phone calls and handle the Help Desk Tracking system to make sure that support is quickly offered.
* The Technical Support Analyst will provide server maintenance along with IT support for laptops, computers and printers.
* The Technical Support Analyst will handle software fixes and software loads.
* The Technical Support Analyst will handle WAN/LAN maintenance.
* The Technical Support Analyst will offer training to the end-user.
* The Technical Support Analyst should have MS Operating System and Desktop software skills.
* The Technical Support Analyst should have Active Directory experience.
* The Technical Support Analyst should have VMWare and Active Directory exposure in their background.
