Responsibilities:

  • Respond to help desk tickets
  • Troubleshoot Windows,Macintosh Computer Issues & network connectivity problems
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Responsible for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Email Accounts
  • Manage hardware such as computers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points


Required Skills:

  • Expertise with Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Expertise with Hardware diagnostics and repair
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365
  • Experience with Firewalls, Switches, and Access Points
