SNI Technology's client located in Denver, CO is immediately seeking to hire a talented, IT Generalist for an exciting, contract-to-hire opportunity.

IT Generalist

Position Details:

Primary duties will include: Help Desk, Desktop Support, as well as some light System Administration duties. Help Desk duties would include: reimaging PC's, break/fix OS issues, creating Windows 10 profiles, permissions, add applications to PC's, Tier 1 support, End-User/Customer Support, and, managing ticket queue (approx. 50 per week).

Desktop Support duties would include: helping out as needed with new desktop rollouts, desktop refresh/upgrades, etc. Basic System Administration duties would include: Email administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, Windows Administration, SystemCenter administration, reporting, etc.

Some projects on the horizon include: Converting SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 360 Online, implementing new collaboration software, integrate new phone system and video conferencing technologies, as well as implementing a new remote management system, InTune, and pushing out to iPads, iPhones, laptops, and mobile devices.

Size of Environment: 400 end users
