SNI Technology's client is seeking to hire an IT Facilities Support Services Analyst for an exciting, direct-hire opportunity located in Columbus, OH.

Top Must-Have Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
  • 3 years' experience in manufacturing operations, including researching, understanding and implementing security best practices to manufacturing environments.
  • 3 years' experience in operation of Allen-Bradley, Fanuc or similar types of industry integrated automation control systems.
  • 3 years' experience configuring, deploying, monitoring and managing manufacturing platforms including but not limited to PLC, HMI, ICS, MES, SCADA, DCS, IIoT and SPC.
  • 3 years' experience working with OT network communication protocols such as: Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, etc.
  • 4 years' experience in a Windows OS and MS Office environment, including Microsoft Server troubleshooting and support, administration of MS Active Directory environments, and basic network infrastructure support for LANs, WANs and Wi-F.

Position Summary:

SNI Technology's client is looking for someone to become an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other.

As a Factory IT Support Services Analyst, you will be responsible for the on-site factory Information Technology/Operations Technology support of our client's Columbus, OH and satellite branches. Providing Level I & II support of factory IT issues within our client's manufacturing environment is the primary focus of this role.

Duties and Responsibilities (% of Time):

  • Resolve factory IT related issues and requests, follow up with employees on open items and document support efforts in the service desk systems. (50%)
  • Install, monitor and maintain manufacturing stations, operating systems, devices and applications. (25%)
  • Research, recommend and implement approved factory IT support process improvements. (10%)
  • Maintain and adhere to internal controls related to factory IT functions. (5%)
  • Write knowledgebase articles of solutions and "how to" information for users and IT technicians. (5%)
  • Administer and maintain network security access. (5%)

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
  • Microsoft Certification preferred.
  • ITIL Certification preferred.
  • NFPA70E electrical safety or similar certification preferred.
  • Cisco Networking Certification preferred.
  • IT Security Certification preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • 4 years demonstrable Windows operating system and MS Office expertise.
  • 4 years' experience with administration and securing of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
  • 4 years' experience with support of basic network infrastructure including LANs, WANs and Wi-Fi.
  • 4 years' experience Microsoft Server troubleshooting and support.
  • 4 years' experience managing medium to large projects from planning to completion.
  • 3 years' experience in manufacturing operations.
  • 3 years' experience researching, understanding and implementing security best practices to manufacturing environments.
  • 3 years' experience in operation of Allen-Bradley, Fanuc or similar types of industry integrated automation control systems.
  • 3 years' experience configuring, implementing and supporting N-Tron or Stratix type of Industrial Ethernet managed switches along with other industry standard manufacturing network equipment.
  • 3 years' experience collecting, analyzing and escalating security events related to OT infrastructure and software pertaining to ISA/IEC 62443.
  • 3 years' experience configuring, deploying, monitoring and managing manufacturing platforms including but not limited to PLC, HMI, ICS, MES, SCADA, DCS, IIoT and SPC.
  • 3 years' experience working with OT network communication protocols such as: Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, etc.

Travel
