SNI has teamed with a valued client in North Denver on a search for a Help Desk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for solving technical support issues that surround hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Help Desk Specialist will offer technical support for incoming issues surrounding software and hardware support.
* The Help Desk Specialist will assist with training new computer users and handle new computer setups.
* The Help Desk Specialist will handle the installation and modification of computer hardware and software.
* The Help Desk Specialist will help with the installation of computer peripherals.
* The Help Desk Specialist will help resolve problems with LAN and WAN.
* The Help Desk Specialist will provide customer service to all employees for tier I and II help desk issues.
