Job Description

A well-established Managed Service Provider in the western suburbs is looking for a Helpdesk Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of experience and broad technical knowledge. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Helpdesk Team members, interfacing with other departments, issue escalation to field team members as needed, assisting client's service needs and other issues that may arise. Previous experience in a Managed IT Services environment would be ideal with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a hands on position that reports directly to the CIO. The client prefers someone with a background utilizing Autotask PSA/Connectwise.
