Scope of Responsibilities: Work under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals
Job Summary: Install, configure, and support computers, peripherals and store systems equipment. Manage equipment, coordinate asset tracking, and manage equipment repairs.

Job Duties:
Installation, configuration, and support of computers & peripherals, wireless mobile devices, point of sale hardware, and printers
Manage equipment and coordinate asset tracking
Assemble and repair computer equipment
Facilitate vendor equipment repairs
Work through employee trouble tickets with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Manage and support cloud based phone system
Ability to work with our corporate office to open and manage remote support ticket requests
Perform other duties as assigned.
