Desktop Support Specialist

SNI Technology has partnered with a rapidly growing client in the Northwest Suburbs that is looking for a reliable and hard working Desktop Support Technician to assist with their Windows 10 migration project. The company has less than 250 employees that need their operating system upgraded. During downtime, the Desktop Support Analyst will be learning their ticketing system and resolving tickets that are assigned to them related to hardware, software, printers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Migrate Windows 7 to 10
  • Test and clean PCs, laptops and other related hardware as needed
  • Provide resolution of end user's technical issues post migration
  • Provide technical support to end users via telephone or desk-side after migration as needed
  • Experience with: Active Directory, Exchange, Network connectivity
