SNI Technology has a client on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL, in need of a Sr. Help Desk Technicians.

The Sr. Help Desk Technician is responsible for answering overflow of incoming emails and support calls. Analyze issues being escalated from Tier 1 and root cause problems. Follow troubleshooting steps to correct issues and escalate tickets to Engineer 3 Technicians as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly document issue details and troubleshooting steps
  • Troubleshoot all network related issues and escalate as needed
  • Create documentation for troubleshooting steps for Jr. Help Desk Technicians
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Nice to have skills: Jira, Solarwinds
