Job Description


Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an exciting long-term contract opportunity. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with Business Improvement staff on enhancing, training, and supporting a CRM system.

DUTIES:

  • Develop, lead, and conduct training for Enterprise CRM system, to include development of training materials, training video production, and weekly webinars.
  • Serve and participate as Subject Matter Expert throughout the software development lifecycle by creating and maintaining software requirements driven by customer needs.
  • Support CRM users by resolving help desk tickets, conducting one-on-one meetings as needed, and extended re-engagements.
  • Data management activities including data scripts, data cleanup activities, and data analysis.
  • Conduct system testing of software enhancements and changes.
  • Manage the software enhancement backlog.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education requirement.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, project management, or other technical related field. Must have experience in customer support capacity. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong process, business, and analysis skills.
  • Strong desire and skills to teach, train, and educate the user community.
  • Ability to travel (up to 20%) including some weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.


DESIRED:

  • Experience in Constituency Management, Fund Raising, and Program Management applications.
  • Experience in Blackbaud CRM.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
