Sr Systems Administrator

We’re seeking a Microsoft-centric Systems Administrator with strong experience in Azure, Office 365, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This role is critical to maintaining a scalable, secure, and highly automated environment supporting enterprise collaboration and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Azure infrastructure, including VMs, VNets, Azure AD, and storage.
• Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Develop and deploy IaC templates using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform for Azure resource provisioning.
• Automate operational tasks with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, ensure patching compliance, and assist in tenant-level policy enforcement.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Windows systems administration with Microsoft technologies.
• Expertise in managing O365 tenants, licensing, and service health.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for both O365 and Azure automation.
• Familiarity with configuration and change management best practices.

Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
