Our client is seeking a Tier I Application Support Specialist for a project opportunity


  • Be initial point of contact for all phone calls relating to customer web application (internal and external users)
  • Log work order's and ensure timely follow-up of projects before and after completion.
  • Handle management and follow-up of work order database system.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1+ years of overall Application Support experience
  • 3+ years of overall IT Support experience
  • Must have strong customer interaction skills
  • Must be wiling to work in a very faced passed environment as individual ticket volumes are high
  • A+/Network+/Microsoft Certifications a plus
