A well-known Healthcare company located in the West suburbs is looking for a Tier 1 Support Administrator to join their team.


A Healthcare organization is looking to add a full time direct hire Technical Support professional to their growing team. The right candidate will ideally have a year of support experience but recent college grads will also be considered! In this role you will be working on the Helpdesk supporting Windows, MAC, Office Professional and Exchange/O365 to name a few.


This position offers great growth potential as they have a clear path from Support to Administrator to engineer! You will be working in a team environment and be exposed to the latest technologies.


To be considered for the role you should have experience with the following:


Helpdesk support experience
Windows 7/8/10
Windows Server 12/16
Workstation/Server troubleshooting experience
MS Office Suite
DNS, TCP/IP, AD
Exchange/O365
