Contract-to-Hire **W2 ONLY, NO C2C OR SPONSORSHIP**

The Technical Support specialist will be responsible for serving as the first line of support to help identify, isolate, and resolve any issues and/or questions. The Technical Support specialist will combine strong IT analytical skills with a desire for helping others work thru challenges. Strong communication skills are critical to the success of this position.

Day to Day:

  • Configures new computers for initial use\transfer data from PC's.
  • Coordinates return of leased equipment.
  • Perform routine tasks within Active Directory.
  • Documentation of applications or setup instructions for end users.
  • Assist in the testing\development lifecycle of application developed internally.


Required:

  • Windows XP - Win 10
  • Basic TCP/IP knowledge and network troubleshooting & monitoring
  • Microsoft Office 2007- 2016
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange 2013/2016
  • Symantec Backup and Endpoint, Veeam and iSCSI SAN
  • Windows Server 2003 - 2012 R2, VMware vCenter & ESXi
  • AS/400
