Technical Support Specialist III

The Technical Support Specialist will be the secondary line of support to help identify, isolate, and resolve any issues or escalations and/or questions that employees have in relation to their computing environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows 8 - Win 10
  • Windows Server 2003- 2016 R2
  • Microsoft Office 2007- 2016
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
  • Intermediate TCP/IP knowledge.
  • Remote PC troubleshooting and diagnostic.
  • Basic network troubleshooting and monitoring.
  • Ability to remotely troubleshoot and clean malware from pcs.
  • Troubleshooting printers, print queues, and network cards
  • IBM Client Access and AS400, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Telecom experience and Project management skills are a plus.



Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Courteous manners with the public.
  • Proficient spoken and written English.
  • Punctual, meticulous and reliable.
  • Independent person to accomplish tasks on time.
