Technical Support Field Engineer
3-6mo Contract-to-Hire

A fast growing company in the Western Suburbs is looking to add a Technical Support Field Engineer to their Field Technician team. In your role as a Technical Support Field Engineer, you will be a part of a team that is responsible for new client on-boarding process, including rolling out system tools, firewalls, backup systems and more. The Technical Support Field Engineer is responsible for achieving 80% or better client alignment within the first 90 days of on-boarding. The Technical Support Field Engineer will be the first escalation point of the Service Desk team and may be required to travel 2-3 per week to local clients only.
