SNI Technology is working with an industry leader that is looking to add a Technical Support Analyst to the team on a contract to hire basis. The Technical Support Analyst will provide basic support and will be troubleshooting technical issues related to various operating systems and software for end users located in multiple locations across the country. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and tech support on all incoming tickets, mainly remotely but also onsite at their corporate office and will be required to prioritize and escalate tickets to appropriate teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of relevant experience
  • MS Office Suite
  • Windows 7/8/10
  • VPN
  • Citrix
  • Active Directory
