Job Description


A well-established Imaging software company in the western suburbs is searching for a customer service coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in a customer and employee facing position. This person will report to the installation manager and will ensure projects are completed on time and technical installations are completed successfully. This person will be communicating daily with techs in the field and clients either in person or on the phone. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects:
    • Work with customers and vendors to create project plans and timelines
    • Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the project
    • Prepares necessary supplies for shipment to customer
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Oversees workloads and schedules of the Installations team
  • Confirms projects are completed according to the Installation process, as defined in currently implemented Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintains HIPAA compliant processes and paperwork
  • Identify business process improvements which would increase project quality or efficiency
