SNI has teamed with a valued client on a Support Engineer III role. The Support Engineer III will operate as a major escalation figure for the Desktop Support team. The Support Engineer III will also be working with back-up teams to identify the main cause behind any infrastructure outages. The Support Engineer III will also deploy patches and alerts.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Support Engineer III will worked with advanced Windows Server versions 2008/2012.
* The Support Engineer III will work with Microsoft Exchange.
* The Support Engineer III will work with SAN technologies.
* The Support Engineer III will work with Active Directory technologies.
* The Support Engineer III should have MCSA, VCP, CCENT or ITIL certifications.
