SNI has teamed with a valuable client on a search for a Support Engineer I position. The Support Engineer I role will be responsible for working in an metrics based environment. The Support Engineer I will be responsible for escalating problems to the Tier II team. The Support Engineer I will be responsible for understanding client expectations to help meet their expectations and to help solve the problem. The Support Engineer I must be able to maintain a positive attitude during tough times.
Key Pieces of the Role:
* The Support Engineer I should have 2 years of experience with either Windows or MAC support.
* The Support Engineer I should have experience in deploying Operating System installations.
* The Support Engineer I should have knowledge of network infrastructure environments and feel comfortable with LAN/WAN.
* The Support Engineer I should have Active Directory skills.
* The Support Engineer I should have Windows XP/Vista/7/10 skills.
* The Support Engineer I should have Windows 2003/2008/2012 skills.
