Job Description

SNI Technology is currently on the search for a Sr. Help Desk Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Tampa, FL. Our client offers competitive compensation and benefits along with a great location in the heart of Tampa.

The ideal candidate will hold an AS degree or equivalent in experience or certifications along with a great personality and strong individual drive to complete assigned tasks. Our goal is to identify a candidate who's driven and has a desire to see that issues are handled with care through completion!

All applicants must be able to complete a DOJ level background check and drug screen, complete TB screening, CPR training, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license!

  • 3+ years of enterprise level help desk experience
  • Active Directory knowledge - account creation, password resets, group creation, etc
  • Office 365 management, troubleshooting, including administrative console experience
  • Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration
  • Windows desktop troubleshooting
  • MS exchange account administration and creation
  • Setup and test PC's for new and / or existing users
  • Assist with management of mobile devices
  • Enterprise level antivirus installation, support and monitoring experience
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity (Wired and Wireless)
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Open to travel lightly, both locally and within the state
