Our direct client is currently seeking a SharePoint Architect to join our team in Washington, DC!

Top Things Needed:

  • Technical experience in SharePoint design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and support

Our client is seeking a SharePoint Architect to work for the US Courts (OSCAR) Project. Must have strong working knowledge of Office365/SharePoint Online from a user perspective. Provide customers and team members guidance on integrating SharePoint with other Office 365 products such as Outlook, etc. Experience migrating data from other content management systems to SharePoint.

Job Description:

  • Has strong working knowledge of Office365/SharePoint Online from a user perspective
  • Provide customers and team members guidance on integrating SharePoint with other Office 365 products such as Outlook, etc.
  • Experience migrating data from other content management systems to SharePoint
  • Work closely with team members and customer to design and implement content management, collaboration, document management, and records management for SharePoint using agile methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting web parts, custom and out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows, and editing site master pages as well as the creating of custom page layouts
  • Gather and document customer requirements, analyze customer needs and solution offerings, and develop implementation strategies for technical configurations
  • Support information retrieval and content management strategies
  • Plan, develop, implement, track, and maintain system workflows and system customizations
  • Plan and prepare for monthly meetings and review sessions with senior-level customer representatives to demo increments of features and functionalities in SharePoint throughout the execution of the project
  • Adept at working both independently and in a close team environment
  • Assist with related tasks as needed

Background requirements:
  • Bachelors in Business/Information Systems or related field
  • Technical experience in SharePoint design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and support
  • Experience with CRM and document management solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint
  • High level of interpersonal skills and abilities to successfully collaborate with team members and customer
  • Good written and oral communications skills are required
