SNI has teamed with a valued client in North Denver on a search for a Service Desk Supervisor. The Service Desk Supervisor will supervise a team of 4 help desk professionals. The Service Desk Supervisor will help to solve all tier I and II service desk issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Service Desk Supervisor will work closely with company teammates to ensure solutions for the business.
* The Service Desk Supervisor will work alongside department leads to assist with conversion resolution.
* The Service Desk Supervisor will handle the development and implementation of scripts to help with company operations.
* The Service Desk Supervisor will work with the team to troubleshoot tickets and help with desktop support tasks.
