Seeking High Rise Focused Senior Project Superintendent to Add to Our Growing Team in Denver, 2nd Hottest Construction Market in the Country!

The Project Superintendent will provide overall supervision for all construction operations. Responsibilities include direct supervision of assistant superintendents and other project team personnel, directing them in the planning, coordination and execution of work, completing quality projects on time and within budget.


  • Mobilizes the project - equipment choices, site layout and site set-up
  • Plans and implements construction means / methods, schedules, productivity and site logistics
  • Innovative planning
  • Develops, manages, implements and enforces quality control, safety and environmental programs; and the company's drug and alcohol policy
  • Ensures that all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Documents all violations, notifies project management, recommends and implements corrective action, as required
  • As field administrator, reviews and authorizes time sheets; verifies invoices, labor quantities, packing slips, purchase orders and updates daily job reports
  • Monitors cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
  • Reviews and implements approved field changes
  • Organizes and coordinates all subcontractor activities, including conducting and chairing weekly coordination meetings, assisting project manager with buyouts and monitoring subcontractor monthly progress invoices
  • Coordinates on-site manpower, materials and equipment
  • Develops, monitors and executes the project construction plan and schedule
  • Supervises, mentors, coaches and trains field personnel
  • Develops and maintains positive client relations
  • At the time of project closeout, performs final inspections, identifies deficiencies and ensures warranty work and site demobilization
  • Liaison with building authorities and regulatory agencies
  • Continuously reviews field production to analyze and improve where necessary
  • Performs daily and weekly review of job site activities and establishes action plans
  • Performs coordination and constructability reviews during pre-construction
  • Managing sub contractors
  • Attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image.
