JOB SUMMARY:
SNI Technology's client is a growing, global manufacturing company with their HQ office located in Denver, CO. Our client's largest manufacturing site is located in North Canton, Ohio (Cleveland, OH area).

Our client's global IT Department in Canton, OH has a brand new position available to support both local and global IT infrastructure and systems. This position will be the "go-to" IT person and will need be a Jack or Jill-of-all-trades. More specifically, this person will perform both project and day-to-day support of manufacturing systems deployments, support LAN infrastructure, implement new manufacturing IT solutions, as well as perform as a part of a larger, global IT team, working on larger team technology refreshes.

SNI Technology's client is fairly standardized on HP products, including HP Aruba Layer 3 POE switches, HP Servers, HP laptops, and HP Desktop computers. This person will be a "go-to" resource in supporting server deployments, laptop/desktop computer builds and support, and working to support with local business staff's operations in adopting new technology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge/Experience /Skills
IT certifications such as: Oracle, Microsoft, Citrix, and/or Cisco a plus
Education
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or 9+ years of equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
9+ years of related IT work experience

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

  • Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
  • Able to lift computer equipment, monitors, and servers.
