SNI Technology is pleased to represent our client in their search for a Salesforce Consultant for a 6+ month project in Tampa. The overall goal of this engagement is to assist call center leadership and employees in capitalizing on the full features and benefits of their recent Salesforce implementation. Interfacing directly with senior leadership in understanding their needs and translating that vision into strategy and execution will be essential!

  • Taking ownership of overall Salesforce education and utilization
  • Work with executive team in vision creation, strategy and road-map
  • Diplomatic avocation of Salesforce to call center management and staff
  • Development management plan that ensures adoption and participation
  • Creating workflows
  • Forecasting long term metric improvements to executive leadership
  • Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups
  • Assist sales management to create processes in to help monitor activities
  • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
  • Improve data quality and governance
  • Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize current day and future usage
  • User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction
  • Develop process documentation


  • Bachelor's degree with a relevant focus and/or advanced certifications (PMP, Salesforce Admin, etc)
  • Minimum of 4 years, consultative Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM
  • A background in call center management highly preferred
  • Strong understanding in the concepts of Customer Relationship Management
  • Proactive, organized and logical
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Tactful and detailed communications skills, written and interpersonal
