We're looking for an organized professional that can support the Project Management staff with various tasks and assignments.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring projects adhere to Company's IT process and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Documenting Company's IT processes as needed.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, and budgets.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Complete project tasks as required.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Facilitating meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.


EDUCATION/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
  • Three years of relevant business experience required. Experience in an IT environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
