SNI Technology is working with a client in Bellevue, WA to fill a Office Coordinator role.
-Responsible for the organization and management of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
-Exceptional Customer Service/Professionalism
-Ability to handle the clerical and administrative functions of the office
-Monitor meetings and make sure ordering, invoicing and expense reporting are completed
-Assists with booking/traveling requirements needed
-Assists with IT related requests
-Monitors and orders general supply stock items as needed

-Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
