Job Description

Seeking a tech-savvy, client obsessed Technician with 4 to 5 years prior full-time IT experience to provide clients desktop and network support. Our client is a well established Managed IT Service Provider and continues to experience healthy growth.
In this role you will interact with friendly clients who appreciate your expertise; work hands on with the latest technology, and be part of a team designing and implementing new solutions.
Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and Macintosh Computer Issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Add/Remove/Change Office365 Email Accounts
  • Add/Remove/Change Microsoft Windows Server Accounts
  • Configure and deploy Computers, Firewalls, Switches, and Wireless Access Points
  • Escalate complex issues to other team members

Required Technical Skills:

  • Expertise with Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Expertise with Hardware diagnostics and repair
  • Expertise administering Microsoft Office365
  • Expertise troubleshooting network connectivity
  • Experience with Firewalls (SonicWALL), Switches (Cisco), and Access Points (Ruckus Wireless)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016
  • Experience with Voice Over IP Phones

Salary: $56,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
