A rapidly expanding client of ours is looking for a Lv. II Technical Support Analyst to join their team for the duration of a few internal projects. As a valued member of the Technical Support Analyst team you will be responsible for supporting a variety of business units and C-Level Executives desk side and over the phone for any hardware/software issues so you must have a very high level of professionalism, patience and verbal/written communication ability.

The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for installing and configuring applications on company computers. You will also be setting up, configuring and troubleshooting computing peripherals such as printers, monitors, scanners, mice, special keyboards and other equipment as necessary.

The Technical Support Analyst must have strong hands on knowledge and abilities in the following, but not limited to, technologies:

  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • O365
  • Win 10
  • MS Office Suite
  • Service Now Ticketing system
