Level 1 Technical Support

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers both remote and onsite at their locations
  • Perform specific tasks to support in house systems as required
  • Tasks are broad and change daily.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Some technical training
  • Specific certifications are a plus but not required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support
  • Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
  • Highly motivated; Learns quickly; Self-starter; Attention to detail
  • Must be personable and able to interact with clients
  • Clean driving record



Desired Skills:

  • Ability to use Google to quickly research and work through issues
  • Some experience with HTML/PHP or other web markup
  • Audio visual systems
  • Minor computer repair/upgrades
  • Understanding of telephone systems
  • Windows server/enterprise application support
