Job Description

SNI Technology is currently seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Support Representative for a 6 month contract-to-hire position in Clearwater, FL. This is a phenomenal opportunity to enter the IT field and work within an innovative healthcare technology company. Employment: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Schedule: Core hours on Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 7:30pm but ultimately our client needs the flexible candidates who can accommodate high support demand or special projects
Rate: $14-$17/HR depending on experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer service / IT support aligned role
  • High School Diploma, basic IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ preferred
  • Basic hardware/software troubleshooting capabilities; mobile devices and PC
  • Passion for helping people and driving a good customer experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
  • Ability to successfully complete a Background and Drug Screen
