Technical Inside Sales Associate

SNI Technology Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite) Contract to Hire
SNI Technology’s client located in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking to hire a talented Technical Inside Sales Associate for an exciting, full-time, 3-month contract-to-hire position. Please note this is a hybrid enabled (onsite/remote) office position and work from home/remote work options are offered on a limited basis after the initial training period and up to speed in the role. Travel locally is also required. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Associate is an integral part of the ongoing growth and sustainability of the organization. This role requires a self-motivated individual who has drive, integrity, work ethic, and can build trusted relationships. Communication and attention to detail are core skills in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an advocate for the company
  • Maintains a professional attitude and works with integrity and responsibility
  • Prioritize relationships and use good judgement to do what is right for the organization and client
  • Making outbound phone calls to set appointments for IT services. This position will require heavy phone work. 
  • Completes weekly prospecting activity goals as a core responsibility
  • Discovers and develops referral sources
  • Proactively learns and develops sales, business, and technical knowledge
  • Develop and maintain customer database with exceptional documentation
  • Manages sales as end-to-end process (lead generation, first appointment client qualification, presentation, agreement completion, customer on-boarding handoff)
  • Monitors and documents sales activities providing visibility to CEO
  • Achieves goals through resilience and tenacity with high stress tolerance
  • Strives to ensure client satisfaction and authentic partnerships
  • Assists CEO with administrative and organizational duties
  • Works in a high-performance manner on independent and collaborative tasks
  • Other duties as required

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience (ISP, IT, & Telephony Preferred)
  • Solid business sense and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional public relations, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills

Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $24 to $29 per hour during the 3-month contract duration of the assignment with a starting salary in the range of $50K to $60K annually + commission upon conversion to permanent employment status.
