Senior Financial Controller
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on, high-potential Senior Financial Controller who is ready to take on the most senior finance role in our U.S. business. Reporting directly to the Global CFO, this role is ideal for someone who is currently operating tactically but is ready to grow strategically into a future CFO position.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, is comfortable working across time zones, and is eager to take ownership of complex financial operations. The role offers exposure to strategic projects including M&A, fundraising, and IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the U.S. Finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Collaborate directly with the Global CFO and senior executives on strategic financial initiatives.
- Manage U.S. treasury operations, tax compliance, and transfer pricing.
- Oversee financial reporting, AP/AR, and internal controls.
- Drive M&A activities including due diligence and working capital analysis.
- Support fundraising efforts and IPO preparation.
- Ensure financial scalability and transparency across global operations.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
- 5–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in digital staffing, HR tech, SaaS, or related tech sectors preferred.
- Exposure to M&A, investment banking, or IPO processes is highly desirable.
- Hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
