Job Description


SNI is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist with a valued client in the South Denver area. The IT Service Desk Specialist will work to ensure that there is accurate computer and software operations in place and that end users are satisfied when problems arise. The IT Service Desk Specialist will be responsible for receiving, documenting and prioritizing tickets to ensure that all end-user issues are resolved. The IT Service Desk Specialist should have high-level problem resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* The IT Service Desk Specialist should have the ability to assist end-user problems in person and/or via remote support.
* The IT Service Desk Specialist should possess the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with mobile devices, network devices and workstations.
* The IT Service Desk Specialist must be able to troubleshoot issues with servers and peripherals.
* The IT Service Desk Specialist must feel comfortable sitting face-to-face with clients.
* The IT Service Desk Specialist should have prior consulting and/or MSP experience.
* The IT Service Desk Specialist should have Office 365 experience along with Windows 7, 8 and 10 experience.
* The IT Service Desk Specialist should have Windows server administration experience along with knowledge of Active Directory Remote Desktop Services.
