SNI Technology, one of the fastest growing technology recruitment companies in the country has an immediate need for an IT Technician to support our client in a Windows 2010, Office 2016 migration project.
This is a 3 month contract opportunity
We are looking for a courteous professional to migrate our clients internal users to Microsoft Office 2016 and Windows 2010. You will serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems, providing telephone and desk side problem resolution support for all corporate users. You will also be responsible for supporting all internal business applications that may be impacted by the migration.
To qualify for this role you should have the following:

  • 1-3 years' experience performing help desk support working as part of a corporate help desk/IT team.
  • Basic Technical Certification (A+, networking, MCP certifications preferred)
  • Strong customer service, can-do attitude, with good follow-through skills.
  • Keen interest and ability to learn new software and hardware
  • Strong knowledge of desktop computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Possess proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Work well with others in a team environment requiring minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
