SNI has teamed with a valued client to search for a talented IT Support Technician. The IT Support Technician should have confidence in handling all IT Support duties. The IT Support Technician will work to offer support fort the staff on company related hardware, applications and company peripherals. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting any computer problems that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* The IT Support Technician will handle all help desk issues, along with e-mails and ticket system responses. The IT Support Technician will log and track all tickets to ensure that they are resolved and closed.
* The IT Support Technician will be the first contact for IT support, so that hardware, software, network, phone printing and Internet access capabilities remain highly functional.
* The IT Support Technician will escalate any issues that are not able to be resolved.
* The IT Support Technician will offer the end user a high level of customer service and ensure that PC's, laptops and printers are up-to-date with company standards.
* The IT Support Technician should have a minimum of 1 year of network support.
