Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist for an exciting contract to hire scenario.

DUTIES:

  • Demonstrates effective organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrates punctuality and good attendance
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures, including proper use of equipment
  • Reports all unsafe conditions/activities to supervisor, Human Resources or Risk Management
  • Demonstrates aptitude and interest for the work to be performed

  • Demonstrates positive attitude toward change
  • Demonstrates willingness to take appropriate training, adjusts to varied job tasks and responds to diverse demands
  • Demonstrates willingness to work adjusted hours including nights and weekends as assigned

  • Demonstrates knowledge and ability for installing computer software
  • Trouble-shoots hardware, software, and network problems in buildings, including Macintosh and Windows systems
  • Repairs hardware or arranges for repair of hardware with local contractors



REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of providing job relevant technical support in a medium to large environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with standard computers and computer applications including word processing, data base, spreadsheets and painting/drawing
  • Experience in computer hardware and software installation preferred
  • Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License
  • Must hold and maintain Comp TIA A+ Certification
  • Must hold and maintain Comp TIA Network + Certification
