Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a short term opportunity.

DUTIES:

  • Working onsite (remotely with corporate IT department) on resolving onsite issues.
  • Timely completion of technical support tickets.
  • Performs necessary servicing and preventative maintenance of all IT equipment.
  • Provide computer training and ongoing support for students and teachers.
  • Presents and always maintains a professional image.
  • Daily IT support for staff and students.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • A+ Certification or equivalent experience servicing PC hardware and software.
  • 3+ years of overall IT Support experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and technical phone skills.
