Our client is seeking a IT Support Analyst for an exciting contract to hire scenario.


  • Working Tier I/II Tickets
  • Installing operating system software, patches and upgrades
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system hardware, software and networking issues
  • Configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning and monitoring operating system software and servers
  • Performing system backups and recovery
  • Administering the operation of all LAN/WAN-related network services according to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
  • Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performances, connectivity and related network problems
  • Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures


  • 4+ years of Help Desk/Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years of Systems Administrator experience (hands on experience with Microsoft Server 2012R2 and 2016 experience)
  • 1+ years of Cisco Networking experience (ASA firewalls and switches)
  • Must have on premises and virtual server support experience
  • VMWare or Hyper-V experience a plus
