SNI Technology's client located in Thornton, CO is looking to immediately hire an IT Project Coordinator for an exciting, 4 month contract assignment, with the potential for extension.


SNI Technology's client is seeking to hire a Technical Coordinator, Site Prep and Implementation Services for a 4 month contract assignment, with the potential for extension.


  • Relative to districtwide data cabling mitigation effort, coordinates all of the discovery, vendor walkthroughs, bid process, and execution by vendors as part of site prep for Instructional Upgrades, Security Cameras, VoIP, Door Access projects.
  • Also coordinates all other site prep for these projects including; power, as-builts, E911 field work, etc. under guidance from various owner's reps and project managers, and based on guidance and standards from ACS leadership.
  • Provides technical coordination for various implementations including IU, cameras, VoIP, door access, etc. once site prep is complete and vendors are ready to work on bringing these technologies online at various locations.
  • Coordinates technical quality assurance and other go-live support as part of implementation services with vendors and district IT staff.
  • Helps establish and coordinate service level agreements for go-live and post go-live phases relative to various projects such as Instructional Upgrades, VoIP, etc. in concert with Owner's Reps, Project Managers and IT staff.


MUST HAVE at least 4 to 7 years of work experience, involving increasing responsibilities in roles of technical coordination and leadership in field installation and implementation of audio-visual and instructional technologies, while including some elements of interface with construction and renovation work.

This position also requires the following:

  • Intermediate level understanding of enterprise networks, and real-world expertise around how AV products and other IP-based devices work on such networks.
  • Experience with coordinating between large number of customers and stakeholders, and managing vendors.
